We conduct innovative training programmes founded on rigorous research and taught by experienced faculty and we design open and custom training programmes that have a significant impact in the workplace
We undertake diagnostic Discussion in order to evaluate the current training programs of the client. Then, we conduct a Employee Training Needs Survey to get employees' perceptions of what training is needed.
We make careful assessments and pay attention to determining training goals. We take into consideration the other factors such as complexity of work environment, organizational and technological changes, advances in learning theory and how training can be organized most effectively for them.
Planning and program development is an important part of our job. We design and build training methods and materials that are directly aligned to achieve the training goals, implementing training, and careful training effectiveness evaluation to ensure that it is carried out effectively and that training goals were reached.
We also set up leadership or executive development programs among employees, assist employees with transitions due to mergers and acquisitions, as well as technological changes. CENPAP also provide on-site and off-site coaching and counseling to the organization's executives and managers.
We conduct New Employee Orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees in order to acquaint them with the Organisation.
