Reference Checks |
We initiate a reference checking process that draws from the candidate's skill assessment data, along with their resume to begin detailed discussions with past employers, probing for specific work ethic information rather than simply verifying dates of employment. The resulting information presents a multi-dimensional profile that anchors past performance to skill proficiencies.

Education Verification
We generally verify college degrees, unless clients ask that we verify high school also or "highest degree" earned.
Employment Verification
Our employment verification services include data on past employer, position held, period of employment, salary history, etc. Based on the requirements of the client, we also add questions about the applicant's initiative, follow-through, growth potential, organization skills, adaptability and work ethic.
Executive Reference Interview
The Professional Interview includes questions that relate to the applicant's professionalism, work ethics and adaptability. The Management Interview includes the entire Professional Interview and additional questions that focus on the applicant's management capabilities. The Executive Interview includes the Management Interview and adds questions that focus on the applicant's executive management skills and capabilities. These interviews are customized for the specific position or industry.
License Checks
By searching an applicant's driving record, we learn about suspended licenses, failures to appear in court and arrest warrants, may serve as a warning of potential substance abuse problems that can affect job performance.
Professional License Verification
CENPAP conducts professional license and certification verifications. Our reports reveal the validity of applicants' professional licenses, date of issue, renewal and expiration dates, current status and any disciplinary action.
